Yes, the Professional Conferences are open to both members and non-members. Non-members do pay a little more for their registration and therefore are recommended to become members or sponsors of the Indiana Chapter or the selected organization such as the IAAO or Assessors Association however, they can register for an event by contacting the event registrar.
